Overall excellent i buy everything i can for my 3 dogs and 1 cat from healthy pets.

Healthy pets customer reviews. Customer service are friendly and helpful and i had no issues when i needed to to put my cat in for an expensive scan. I ve left three messages. I have been with healthy pets approx 2 years now and have had no issues. Healthy pets has collected 15 reviews with an average score of 3 73.

There are 10 customers that healthy pets rating them as good. I had a few queries regarding the policies for my cats and had a response to my late night email the very next morning. I have not heard from them nor have i received the other half of my order. Although i cannot comment on claims etc i would like to say how brilliant the customer service at healthy pets is.

I ve sent an email. Healthy pets reviews pet insurance surveys. This is the worst customer service and worst experience i ve had with any pet company. I purchase 4 items from healthy pets.

They were ranked 15th of the 16 providers for whom 6 or more responses were received. The shipping cost was very reasonable and i received it quickly. I ve called them several times. Suzanne was brilliant resolving all my queries with no problems whatsoever.

So i had paid 150 and received half of my order. I received 2 of the 4 items.
